I'm amazed at the CMs' ability to word "soon" differently each time. I swear it must be a question on their interviews or something.

Blizz: "So, Nethaera, is it? Tell me, how many different synonyms of "soon" are you familiar with?"
Neth: "Ah, I was expecting this. How much time do we have? This might take a while."
Blizz: "You're hired!"

Well given that many questions don't change, we sometimes have to change it up a bit to keep the spark going. Either that or we have one big counseling session and I don't think there is an office big enough to hold us all.
