I love the CM's responses. This is like the ideal example of a CM response.

. . . and here's how you can make your own CM responses!

1) Never say yes or no, only hint at possibilities. Never make promises.

2) Somehow convey that the thought has crossed your mind, even if it hasn't.

3) You never have information. Ever. At least that's what you want them to think.

4) Soon™. Learn to use it. Learn to love it.

5) You don't always have to use the word soon though, you can use any of it's synonyms. Yet is a great example of a substitute for soon.

6) When all else fails, address a random post in the thread that lacks any relevance to the topic at hand.
