Nethaera: I'm sure others have experienced this too, but you can tell when someone is only watching healing meters because they tell you that you aren't doing your job if they don't see you at the very top. That's when you know they aren't paying attention to your spec or what you've been asked to do as a part of the group whether it's just spot/raid healing or focus healing/damage mitigation.
