It makes a great xmas present!

Massive Magazine #2
Massive, the quarterly magazine about MMO's, just hit shelves with their second issue. There is a one page article on page 94 about the Goblin Workshop written by yours truly! Out of the three 'insiders' who submitted pieces, I'd say that allakhazam and eqvault had better content, but my submitted picture is hella fresh.

I finally got my hands on a copy while looking for one of those new fangled music compact disks for my mom at Fred Myer's last night. Issue #2 ramped up some good stuff, and I'd say it looks a lot more enjoyable than #1, which had some decent pieces from industry bigwigs.

Data Collection
Data Collection in 2.0 and on has undergone a pretty dramatic back-end revamp here at [GW]. It's not all cleaned up still, world-object spawn locations are being data collected but are not yet loaded into the new quest reports. If you haven't seen the new quest pages (located under the Burning Crusades > Quests menu), they're a bit more shinier than the older pages. Worldobject placements will be coming in the next week, as will a revamp to the dynamic maps to prevent them from lagging out on maps with tons of dots.
