Wrath Website is Up too!

Mike Moorham introduces the convention at the welcoming ceremony and mentioned that the population of Azeroth has doubled since the last BlizzCon in 2005, and that it was now bigger than half of the countries in the world. He thanked the fans, "we couldn't continue what we do without you", and mentioned that the high end PvP tournament had yearly gaming contracts worth up to $100k in yearly contracts.

Legendary pictures will be presenting more info on the WoW movie tomorrow.

The Terran or Protoss will be playable live for the first time anywhere in the world, with more details on the Terrans. (Only Protoss were available before.)

They jokingly announced some exciting changes for orcs in the next content patch, "We're trippling the size of your shoulderpads!" As well and mentioned the new voice control, Zul'Aman and the guild banks coming in soon, which gave the guildmaster the ability to set withdrawl permissions, and logging of withdrawls and deposits.

They also scowled at expansion info leakers, and officialy announced the next expansion, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King. Where we will be interacting in the Arthas storyline from the minute we step off the boat inNorthrend. The level cap will be expanded to 80 with new class abilities and talents.

They will be adding new arenas and battlegrounds, with siege weapons and destroyable buildings.

Inscription is the nrew profession, and will allow people to enhance their spells and abilities.

There will be more character customization with new hairstyles and dances.

New 5man dungeons, 10man raids, and 25man raid dungeons.

Finally, they announced the death knight class, and played a video. Northrend will be playable once you sit in a huge line. ;)
